What You'll Do As a Nail Technician, you will: Perform professional manicures and pedicures Apply gel polish, builder gel, acrylics, dip powder, and nail extensions Create beautiful nail art and custom designs Consult with clients to recommend colors, styles, and nail care treatments Maintain exceptional sanitation and sterilization standards Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages repeat business Recommend retail products and additional salon services when appropriate Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products Work collaboratively with our friendly salon team to create an exceptional guest experience Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Active Maryland Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (required) Experience performing manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, dip powder, and nail enhancements Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bonus Skills (Not Required): Eyelash extensions Waxing Brows Facials or skincare Permanent makeup Additional beauty services Why Join Spoil U Nails & Spa?
