Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match clients' preferences and trends Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures diligently to maintain salon safety protocols and ensure a hygienic environment Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance tips, and product recommendations to enhance their overall experience Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to boost sales and client satisfaction Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience Assist with salon cleanliness, organization of tools and supplies, and adherence to all safety standards including disinfection procedures Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and extensions Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, and nail extensions Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures required for hygienic service delivery Understanding of color theory for creating appealing designs tailored to client preferences Excellent communication skills for client consultation, upselling retail products, and team collaboration Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not required Ability to stay current on industry trends in nail art, techniques, and product innovations Embark on an exciting journey where your creativity meets exceptional service!
