What You'll Do Perform high quality manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and sanitation. Deliver an outstanding guest experience from consultation through checkout. Recommend professional retail products that support each guest's needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Work collaboratively with our salon and spa team to create an exceptional atmosphere. Qualifications Active Maryland Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required. Minimum of 1 year of professional salon experience. Strong technical skills in natural nail care and gel services. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
