Licensed Nail Technician Element Salon & Day Spa | Midland, Michigan Element Salon & Day Spa is growing, and we're looking for a talented, motivated Licensed Nail Technician to join our team as we prepare for an exciting new chapter in our brand. This is an opportunity for a nail professional who wants more than simply renting a space and figuring everything out alone. At Element, you'll have the support, structure, clientele, professional environment, and team behind you to build a successful long-term career. We are an established, high-volume Aveda salon and day spa serving the Midland community for more than a decade, and we are preparing to move into our brand-new salon and spa location at The Circle . Our expanded nail spa has been intentionally designed to create an elevated experience for both our guests and our nail professionals. What You'll Do Provide exceptional manicures, pedicures, gel services, and nail care Deliver a polished, consistent guest experience from beginning to end Build strong relationships with guests and work toward long-term client retention Maintain excellent sanitation, cleanliness, and professional standards Recommend appropriate services, home care, and retail products Participate in team meetings, education, and continued professional development Contribute positively to a team-focused salon and spa culture What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Michigan Passionate about the nail industry and continuing to improve their craft Professional, reliable, and motivated to build a clientele Warm and confident with guests Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work Excited to work as part of a team Open to coaching, education, and growth New graduates are encouraged to apply.
