Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience. Stay current with industry trends in nail design, color techniques, and new product offerings to continually elevate service quality. Manage retail sales efficiently through retail math skills while delivering excellent customer service that fosters client loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology or esthetics. Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with color theory to create personalized nail art designs that match client preferences. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about services offered and aftercare instructions. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related fields as required by local regulations. Strong understanding of salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation practices.
