The Role Your schedule will be split between performing nail services and working with our Guest Services team. As a Nail Technician, you will: Perform manicures and pedicures using Woodhouse protocols Create an exceptional guest experience and build repeat clientele Recommend appropriate home care, retail products and future services Maintain clean, beautiful and fully prepared treatment areas As part of Guest Services, you will: Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience Support check in, check out, scheduling and rebooking Help guests select services, packages, gift cards and retail products Work alongside our spa professionals and management team to keep each day running smoothly Who We're Looking For You have a current Minnesota nail technician license or are completing your licensing requirements. You are warm, dependable, professional and comfortable connecting with guests.
