We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our team at Ft. Leonard Wood. Plush Rose Blowout Bar is a team-based, structured salon environment focused on delivering consistent, high-quality services in a polished and professional setting. We are not a booth rental or commission-based salon we offer a more stable, professional approach designed for nail technicians who want consistency, growth, and a strong team culture. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role is best suited for nail technicians who: Have prior experience working in a professional salon or spa environment Are confident performing nail services independently Take pride in sanitation, cleanliness, and attention to detail Provide a high level of professionalism and client experience Are reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

SERVICES YOU'LL PERFORM

Manicures and pedicures Gel polish application and removal Basic nail care and maintenance Nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application Natural nail strengthening treatments Basic nail art Acrylic Nails Maintaining proper sanitation and disinfecting procedures

SCHEDULE

Part-time position (minimum 16 hours/week) Required availability:

Friday:

10:00 AM

•6:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM

•6:00

PM Sunday:

8:00 AM

•6:00 PM Additional hours may become available based on demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete services within scheduled timeframes Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation Provide excellent client communication and experience Follow sanitation and salon protocols Maintain a polished, professional appearance Capture simple work photos/videos (hands and nails only) Attend required trainings

REQUIREMENTS

Valid nail technician or cosmetology license (any U.S. state) Strong sanitation and hygiene practices Ability to maintain a professional pace while delivering quality work Strong attention to detail and client service skills A short skills demonstration may be required during the interview process.

COMPENSATION

$24.19 per hour TOTAL compensation, including: $18.64/hour base pay plus $5.55/hour in fringe benefits (per federal guidelines) Additional earning opportunities: Productivity bonuses Paid training
