In this role, you will deliver meticulous nail care including manicures with high attention to cuticle work, pedicures, gel nail enhancements and nail art. Outside of nail health our top priority is creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in sanitation, nail health and customer service will ensure each guest leaves feeling pampered and confident. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a timely, customer-focused setting where your creativity and professionalism shine. Our Hours are 9am - 8pm M-F and 8am-5pm on Saturday. We are looking for 1 tech to open and 2 to close. Responsibilities Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, hard/soft gel overlays , Apres Gel-X, poly gel and nail art with precision and attention to detail Assist clients in selecting colors and designs by applying knowledge of color theory and current trends Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails Upsell additional services like paraffin wax, sugar scrubs and seasonal services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep workstations clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery Experience Proven experience (no less than 2-3 years) as a Nail Technician within a beauty or spa environment Knowledge of advanced nail techniques including hard/soft gel application, Apres Gel X and nail art design (beginners are encouraged to apply) Familiarity with sanitation procedures and health regulations specific to nail care services Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences Ability to perform a completed pedicure Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively MO State License as a cosmotologist or nail technician without any infractions Join us to elevate the nail spa experience by combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service.
