Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and creativity Apply color theory principles to help clients choose the perfect shades and designs that complement their style Conduct esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments when qualified Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty tools to enhance client results and increase sales Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like hair extensions or hair styling, and advanced treatments to continually elevate service quality Experience Proven experience working as a licensed Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with salon safety protocols including disinfection procedures and client communication best practices Ability to perform additional beauty services such as hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence and retail sales aptitude Certification in cosmetology or related fields is required; ongoing education in new techniques is highly valued Join us to turn your passion for beauty into an inspiring career where every detail matters! $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
