Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and care Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color theory-based designs, and nail enhancements to meet client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for nail care and retail products Upsell retail items like nail polishes, skincare products, and tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep detailed records of services provided, client preferences, and treatment plans for future reference Stay current on industry trends such as esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other beauty services to offer comprehensive care Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and nail art techniques to create visually stunning designs Proficiency in applying gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and performing pedicures with attention to detail Familiarity with salon safety protocols including disinfection procedures and sanitation standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care or esthetic treatments Ability to perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering or laser treatments is a plus Retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to maximize product upselling opportunities Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about nail care routines and recommended treatments Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets your dedication to client satisfaction!
