Our family-owned business is firmly rooted in the second generation, and we are passionately engaged within our local communities. Role Description This is a seasonal role for a Nail Technology Instructor at Josef's School of Hair, Skin & Body located in Fargo, ND. The Nail Technology Instructor will be responsible for delivering curriculum, providing instruction and training to students, and ensuring effective communication with students and staff. Onboarding begins in May for Instructor position and the program starts in June and ends mid to late August. Perfect position for someone not looking for a full time year round teaching position. Hours are 8-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in training and education Knowledge of nail technology and industry trends Ability to work effectively with diverse student population Organizational and time management skills License in nail technology Prior teaching experience is a plus
