Position Overview:
The Spray Tan Specialist is the face of the goGLOW experience. You are responsible for delivering flawless, customized spray tans while creating a welcoming, elevated environment that keeps clients coming back. This role blends technical application, hospitality, communication, and sales through education. Key Responsibilities:
Spray Tanning & Client Experience Deliver customized airbrush spray tanning services using goGLOW techniques to achieve natural, streak-free results Consult with clients on their goals for events such as weddings, vacations, prom, homecoming, competitions, or regular maintenance tans Educate clients on proper prep, aftercare, and maintenance to ensure the best results Create a calm, confident, and welcoming experience for every client Sales Through Education Confidently recommend goGLOW memberships, packages, and skincare products based on each client's needs Educate clients on how products and services work together to extend and enhance their glow Understand that sales are a vital part of the role and approach them through genuine education and trust, not pressure Salon Operations & Cleanliness Maintain an elevated salon environment by thoroughly cleaning spray booths, rooms, and common areas throughout each shift Restock supplies and ensure treatment rooms are always client-ready Uphold goGLOW's cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards at all times Client Communication & Support Manage the client messaging system, responding to questions, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner Handle inbound and outbound client calls with warmth, clarity, and confidence Assist with scheduling, rebooking, and resolving client concerns to ensure a seamless experience
