Responsibilities Perform a variety of professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms Engage with clients through excellent customer service, building rapport and encouraging repeat business Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing education and training Valid nail technician license required Skills Proven experience in professional nail care services with a strong portfolio of work in manicures, pedicures, and nail art Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization techniques for tools and workstations Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
