Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, nail art, and sanitation will ensure every client leaves feeling confident and pampered. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color blending, and nail enhancements to meet client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty treatments to enhance client experience and salon revenue Stay current with industry trends like esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, body waxing, and other complementary services Ensure the salon environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all health regulations Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, acrylic application, gel manicures, and sanitation standards Familiarity with salon safety protocols including disinfection procedures and proper tool sterilization Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, or barbering are a plus but not required Join our team where your passion for beauty meets your desire to make clients feel extraordinary!
