Job Description
Overview Join Niice Nails — a luxury nail brand opening its first location in Holbrook, NY, with a clear plan to expand to multiple locations. We're looking for energetic, licensed Nail Technicians who want more than a chair in a salon — we're building something bigger, and we want techs who want to grow with it. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional nail care services in a true luxury environment — pink marble, premium styling chairs, complimentary beverage service — while building a loyal client base through our membership program. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, and your work will help shape the standard for every Niice location that follows. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, dip powder, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure client safety and compliance with NY health regulations Provide personalized consultations to recommend treatments, lengths, and color choices based on client preferences Recommend retail products and service add-ons (designs, length upgrades, builder gel) to enhance the client experience Stay current on nail trends, color theory, and luxury salon techniques Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits and membership conversion Career growth opportunities, including potential support for licensing/certification for the right candidates. Requirements Active NYS Nail Specialty License (required) Experience with gel, dip powder, acrylics, and nail enhancements preferred Experience in a luxury or high-end salon environment a plus Strong communication skills and a polished, client-first attitude Someone who wants to build something — not just clock in Join us at the ground floor of a brand built to grow.
