Position Title :

Nail Product Designer ■

General Responsibilities :

Develop creative nail designs for artificial nails and gel strips. Research current nail, beauty, fashion, and salon trends to identify new design opportunities. Create and propose new nail patterns, colors, graphics, and design concepts based on consumer needs and sales trends. Support the development and launch of new nail products and collections. Manage and maintain design specifications throughout the product development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products. Support manufacturing and production processes and resolve design-related issues as needed. Stay current on emerging nail art techniques, materials, and market trends. ■

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field preferred. 1+ year of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required. Hands-on nail art experience required. Strong creative sense with an understanding of color, pattern, beauty, and fashion trends. Ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into commercially viable designs. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
