In this role, you will oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional client experiences, and uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Supervise and support nail technicians in delivering a wide range of services including gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and pedicures. Ensure all services adhere to salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and service consultations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Train team members on the latest nail techniques, color theory, and product usage to promote continuous professional development. Oversee retail sales of nail products, esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, and other beauty offerings by upselling effectively. Maintain inventory levels of supplies such as polishes, tools, and disinfectants while managing retail math for optimal stock control. Enforce compliance with all health regulations and industry standards related to cosmetology, sanitation, and safety protocols. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician with a focus on nails. Demonstrated expertise in nail care techniques including acrylic nails, gel manicures, nail extensions, and pedicures. Strong knowledge of color theory, disinfection procedures, salon safety protocols, and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs and preferences. Prior leadership or managerial experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred. Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling products and services to enhance revenue. Ability to stay current with industry trends like eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus.
