Licensed Nail Technician

About us: The Spa at Atrium - of Canton Ohio is looking for new or experienced Licensed Nail Technicians to join our growing team! The Nail Technician's role is to provide excellent guest care, and create a feeling of rest and relaxation for spa guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatment and retail sales. We are seeking people who are enthusiastic, driven by excellence, and have outstanding skills in their field. We also are looking for those with great organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Full and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide nail care for guests based on their requests, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, paraffin dips, polish changes and any specialty treatments related to nails while providing the highest level of hospitality and professionalism 2. Prepare the work area with necessary supplies; set up and breakdown of work area 3. Retrieve linens from laundry and return used linen to laundry 4. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. 5. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management 6. Enhance practice experience by greeting patients in professional, friendly manner 7. Maintain a professional and clean appearance of self and clinic

Knowledge:

Good command of spa service and product knowledge. Maintain strong working knowledge of nailcare ingredients. Working knowledge of all necessary treatment protocols.

Skills:

Be prompt and possess a good sense of time. Marketing and working to build their business. Adhering to the highest standards of sanitation, which includes cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.

Abilities:

Ability to work flexible hours. Ability to safeguards client confidentiality as per company policy and in accordance with HIPPA guidelines.

Pay:

$11.00 - $18.00 per hour
