We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician, specializing in gel manicures, gel nails, gel x, and poly gel, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and beautiful results. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance the overall client experience. •This is a commission only pay position• Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, gel nails, and nail art. Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance. Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning and disinfecting tools and workstations. Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors that complement their style. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options. Assist with retail sales by recommending products that enhance the client's experience and meet their needs. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences. Ability to upsell services and products while providing an enjoyable client experience. A keen eye for detail and creativity in design work to deliver high-quality results. Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred but not mandatory.
