Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create stunning nail designs tailored to client preferences Follow strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to maintain a hygienic environment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color techniques, and industry innovations through ongoing education Qualifications Valid cosmetology or manicurist license in the state of Ohio (will also accept those on an Ohio Work Permit, or awaiting Ohio test date) Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (gels), sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their aesthetic goals Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry meets exceptional client service!
