Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper sterilization of tools to ensure client safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized nail care advice. Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, or skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Keep workstations clean and organized while following all health regulations related to sanitation and disinfection. Assist clients with additional services such as body waxing or eyelash extensions when qualified or refer them to specialists within the salon. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail designs. Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including acrylics, gel nails, and nail extensions. Experience performing pedicures, manicures, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently. Deep understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures. Ability to upsell retail products effectively through excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair extensions, or body waxing is advantageous but not required.
