We're building a community of talented beauty professionals and are looking for a licensed Nail Technician to join our team. Whether you already have a clientele or you're a newer licensee ready to start building your book, we'd love to hear from you. Nail Technician Responsibilities Provide professional nail services within your training and Pennsylvania licensing Perform manicures, gel services, structured manicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and other services within your specialty Consult with clients and create customized services based on their needs Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow all Pennsylvania sanitation and licensing requirements Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking Take photos and videos of your work for social media and marketing Promote your services and availability on social media Participate in salon promotions, events, and marketing opportunities Maintain accurate appointment and client information Work professionally and respectfully alongside other Adorn beauty professionals What We're Looking For Current Pennsylvania Nail Technician license required Experienced nail technicians and new graduates are welcome to apply Reliable and punctual Professional and friendly Passionate about nails and beauty Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Comfortable with social media and creating content Self-motivated and interested in growing a clientele Someone who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term salon home Why Adorn?
