Salary Range:
Commission and hourly-based pay options Reports Directly to the Salon Owner.
PTO:
Flexible weekends off after 90 days 1 Week Paid vacation for full-time employees after 1 year of employment Responsibilities Nail care services — Deliver a full spectrum of services, including classic and gel manicures, acrylics, pink‑and‑white enhancements, freehand nail art, and pedicures Sanitation standards — Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑organized workstation in strict alignment with health and safety requirements Trend awareness — Stay up to date on emerging nail trends, techniques, and industry developments Client experience — Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every client receives a positive, high‑quality experience Client education — Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for at‑home upkeep when appropriate Experience Professional background — Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a comparable role Communication skills — Strong communication abilities with a talent for building lasting client relationships Multitasking — Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Other requirements: Background checks List of references
