Job Overview We are seeking a talented and energetic full-time Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, ensuring they leave with a smile and a renewed sense of self. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Gel-X and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Promote additional services including skincare treatments, lash extensions, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and aesthetic treatments to provide innovative options Communicate effectively with clients about aftercare instructions and product recommendations to foster long-term relationships Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in nail care Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and communicate clearly Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in a salon setting Ability to perform advanced procedures like gel application, nail extensions, and intricate nail art designs Experience with retail sales techniques to upsell products confidently and ethically Basic understanding of management principles for assisting in front desk operations or team collaboration Skills in social media management for promoting salon services and engaging with clients online Needs Full-time 4-5 days per week, Tuesday through Saturday Must be available for evenings and Saturday's 45-50% commission per service performed 10% commission on retail sales Built-in clientele Cosmetology or Nail Technician License required Join us as a Nail Technician where your talent will shine!
