Duties Provide comprehensive nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply advanced techniques such as color theory for custom polish matching and design coordination Perform specialized treatments like nail extensions, dermabrasion for nail health, and esthetic laser treatments when applicable Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a hygienic workspace in compliance with health regulations Offer expert advice on nail care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair threading to meet client needs and boost revenue Cultivate strong communication skills to understand client preferences, explain procedures clearly, and build lasting relationships Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or hair extensions are a plus Demonstrated knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current beauty trends Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a positive experience for clients Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment at all times Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize service opportunities Ability to perform diverse beauty treatments including hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and barbering if applicable Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products while fostering trust and satisfaction Join us in delivering exceptional beauty experiences that leave clients feeling confident and radiant!
