Your expertise in various manicure and pedicure techniques, along with your knowledge of nail extensions, gel manicures, and sanitation protocols, will ensure a safe, relaxing, and luxurious experience for every guest. Duties Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques such as color theory to create customized nail designs that match client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality Skills Deep understanding of color theory to craft appealing nail art and designs Proficiency in applying nail extensions using acrylics or other materials Expertise in performing pedicures, gel manicures, and other nail treatments with precision Knowledge of salon safety protocols including sanitation, disinfection procedures, and OSHA standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care and esthetic treatments Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote products like skincare or nail care items Ability to perform additional beauty services such threading or body waxing is a plus Strong communication skills to educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance Knowledge of dermabrasion or laser treatments related to aesthetic enhancements is advantageous Join us if you're eager to bring your creativity to life while providing top-tier nail services in a lively environment! From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
