Job Description
NikkiCole's Hair Design is seeking a talented, passionate, and creative Nail Technician/Nail Artist to join our established salon and spa team. We are looking for someone who loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful while providing exceptional nail care and artistic nail services. Our salon serves both Myrtle Beach locals and visitors, offering a full range of beauty and wellness services in a welcoming, professional environment. If you're motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences, we'd love to meet you! We are offering a sign-on bonus for this position! You will receive $1,000 by your 1-year anniversary with NikkiCole's! (paid out $500 at the 6-month mark and the other $500 at the 12-month mark) We have commission and booth rent options available. Responsibilities Perform manicures and pedicures Create custom nail art and nail designs Apply gel polish, acrylics, dip powder, and other nail enhancements Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with South Carolina regulations Consult with clients to recommend services and products Build and maintain strong client relationships Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products Assist in creating social media content showcasing your work Qualifications Current South Carolina Nail Technician or Cosmetology License Experience with manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements preferred Nail art experience is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards What We Offer Established salon with an existing client base Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling options Opportunities for growth and continuing education Professional and modern salon atmosphere Marketing support to help build your clientele Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about the beauty industry Creative and artistic Reliable and professional Client-focused and personable Motivated to grow their business and clientele Job Type Full-Time or Part-Time Commission-Based (details discussed during interview)
