Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled nail professional passionate about creating flawless manicures, pedicures, gel application with tips , dip and nail art while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is as needed commission-based with weekly pay, offering uncapped earning potential for the right motivated artist.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and specialty nail services Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to TN state board regulations Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend retail products Stay updated with the latest nail trends and techniques Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Collaborate with team members to promote salon services and events

Requirements:

Valid Tennessee Nail Technician or Cosmetology License Strong technical skills in nail care, enhancements, and nail art Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and punctuality Self-motivated with a desire to grow clientele Previous salon experience preferred, but not required How to
