In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services to seniors in a senior community, provide regular and gel polish to guests for manicures and pedicures and provide personalized consultations to ensure each client leaves feeling confident and pampered. Your expertise will help elevate our salon's reputation for quality and innovation. Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in strict accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay current on industry trends like nail art techniques, color theory, and new product launches to offer innovative services Manage retail sales effectively by recommending products aligned with clients' needs while demonstrating excellent customer service skills Skills Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel, acrylics, and natural manicures Strong understanding of color theory for creating eye-catching designs and personalized nail art Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for health safety compliance Experience with esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, or body waxing is a plus but not required Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a friendly approach Familiarity with retail math for managing product inventory and sales targets Basic understanding of dermabrasion techniques or other advanced esthetic treatments is advantageous Join us in delivering beauty experiences that inspire confidence!
