Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, and nail extensions, and nail care treatments. Conduct pedicures and other foot care services while maintaining strict salon safety protocols. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and disinfected according to sanitation procedures and salon safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience. Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques such as nail extensions, and esthetic laser treatments to offer innovative services. Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules, and retail sales logs using retail math skills for optimal service flow. Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work. Knowledge of nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures, and advanced nail care techniques. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards essential for client safety. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally. Ability to perform additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions is a plus.
