In this role, you will provide high-quality nail care services that leave clients feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, acrylic or builder gel (if applicable), and nail art . Deliver precise and hygienic cuticle care, nail shaping, and overall nail maintenance. Educate clients on proper nail care, product recommendations, and at-home maintenance tips. Upsell retail products by understanding client needs and effectively demonstrating the benefits of each item. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in compliance with state health and safety regulations. Properly disinfect and sterilize all tools and equipment after each service. Provide excellent customer service through friendly communication, active listening, and personalized recommendations. Assist with retail sales by confidently promoting products while ensuring a positive client experience. Qualifications Valid Nail Technician or Cosmetology License as required by state law. Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel application, and (optional) nail art or enhancements. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work well with diverse clients. Ability to effectively upsell retail products while prioritizing client needs and satisfaction. Strict commitment to sanitation and hygiene standards; must maintain a clean and safe workstation.
