This role supports management by ensuring service consistency, sanitation compliance, team accountability, and elevated client experience standards. The Lead Technician is expected to model professionalism, technical excellence, and leadership at all times. This is a working leadership role. The Lead Technician maintains a service schedule while also providing guidance and support to the team.
