Nail Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking skilled and passionate Nail Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and beauty services, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. At Canvas Salon, we are focused on providing the best natural nail services available. No Dip, No Acrylic, No Jetted Pedicure Tubs. No Drills on the natural nail, we do allow drills to be used for removal of gel x, and foreign products such as acrylic and dip. Must be trained in gel, builder gel in a bottle, gel x, and nail art. Must be trained in, or willing to learn gel removal without a drill. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Assist with retail sales by recommending products that enhance client care at home. Collaborate with other beauty professionals to ensure a comprehensive service experience. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain a clean working environment. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
