Skills Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel application, acrylics, and nail extensions. Familiarity with advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser procedures. Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to nail health and trigger point therapy for holistic beauty practices. Proven experience in teaching or training within cosmetology or related fields with classroom experience preferred. Ability to create detailed lesson plans tailored for adult learners in cosmetology education settings. Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct students of diverse backgrounds. Skills in hair styling, hair coloring, hair threading, barbering, makeup application, facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments are a plus. Knowledge of safety standards related to esthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massage is advantageous.
