Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance to ensure high productivity and morale Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Manage inventory control, purchasing, stocking, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets while ensuring exceptional customer service standards Conduct employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and regular team meetings to promote continuous improvement Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment Monitor financial performance through budgeting, payroll management, bookkeeping, and sales analysis to optimize operational efficiency Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and operational procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, training & development, and team leadership Proficiency in basic math for cash handling, pricing calculations, and inventory assessments Experience with cashiering systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, and inventory control methods Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities Previous assistant manager or managerial experience within a retail store is preferred; familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus Join us as a Store Manager and lead your team toward success!
