Job Overview We are seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation protocols, and customer communication will ensure every guest leaves feeling pampered and confident. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced salon setting where creativity and professionalism thrive. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques including nail art based on color theory to enhance client satisfaction Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for nail care and retail products Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, aftercare, and new trends in the industry Upsell retail products like nail care items, tools, or enhancements to boost sales and client satisfaction Disinfect tools and workstations following disinfection procedures to uphold health regulations Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a focus on nails Knowledge of nail care techniques including gel manicures, acrylic application, and nail extensions Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures Strong understanding of color theory, nail art design, and current industry trends Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail sales opportunities Experience with additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not required Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as mandated by local regulations Join us to elevate your career in a lively environment where your skills make a lasting impact!
