Description Spa Nail Technician Horseshoe Bay Resort - Bayside Spa at Lake LBJ Position Summary Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a licensed Spa Nail Technician to deliver professional nail services in a luxury spa environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through high-quality treatments, strong service standards, and strict adherence to sanitation protocols. Key Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialty treatments Provide hand and foot massage techniques to enhance guest relaxation Maintain appointment schedules and deliver services within designated timeframes Educate guests on services and recommend products to support retail goals Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in compliance with state regulations and resort policies Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and equipment Collaborate with spa team members to ensure outstanding guest service
Required Qualifications Technical Skills:
Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and French manicure techniques
Customer Service:
Ability to communicate effectively, manage guest expectations, and deliver a positive spa experience Attention to
Detail:
Precision in nail shaping, polish application, and artistic design
Licensing & Experience:
