Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nail services including gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and nail care consultations. Perform skin injections with precision, adhering to all salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures. Create stunning makeup looks tailored to client preferences for special occasions or everyday wear. Maintain strict sanitation standards by disinfecting tools and work areas regularly to ensure salon safety protocols are met. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care and beauty treatments, and foster lasting relationships. Promote additional services such as pedicures, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and increase retail sales. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new techniques in nail extensions, esthetic laser treatments, and other beauty innovations. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art, makeup artistry, or cosmetic injections. Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (including acrylics), gel manicures, and manicure techniques. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices preferred; relevant training in dermabrasion or laser treatments is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members alike. Ability to manage retail math for product sales and demonstrate a proactive approach to client engagement.
