Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an avid aimal lover to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for pets, along with strong communication skills. We train all of our team members to maximize their understanding of the pet spa and pet nutrition industry. In your role as Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for our furry guests well being while they are visiting our facility. As a Spa Technician, you will bathe, dry and brush our guests during their spa appointments. Experience is not necessary, but we do require that you are able to work as a team to accomplish our daily goals, exceed client expectations, and be willing to learn and further your education on pet nutrition, skin care, and animal behavior. Kennel Duties Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure all information for our guests is collected properly to ensure their stay is pawtastic! Maintaining a safe and clean environment is of utmost importance. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be an enthusiastic cleaner. Be a team player! Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Spa Technician Duties Properly bathe our pup guests, understanding when to use certain spa products and how. Ability to understand how to dry different coat types, and what tools to utilize to ensure their coat is maintained and in the proper condition to be groomed. Able to brush out a coat, without damaging the hair or skin. Abitlity to lift 50 lbs. Qualifications Previous experience in a pet spa or related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Basic math skills for administering medications and proper dilution of products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for pets and customer satisfaction is essential.
