• Strong all-around technician with acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X, dip, pedicure, and nail design skills $1,100/week
• Highly skilled all-around technician who can perform a wide range of services, works efficiently, produces high-quality work, communicates well with clients, and can build and retain clientele If 60% commission is higher than the guaranteed amount, the technician receives the higher commission amount.

The guarantee and commission are not added together. Tips are separate.
