This is an independent booth rental opportunity, not an hourly or salaried employee position. You'll have the freedom to run your own nail business, set your own schedule and pricing, manage your own clientele, and collect your own payments, all while working in a professional shared studio alongside other independent nail professionals. 24-hour building access for legitimate business use Modern, warm/boho atmosphere Shared waiting/lounge area Restroom Sink Mini fridge Professional shared environment Convenient Spokane Valley location As an Independent Nail Technician, You operate your own independent business and are responsible for your own: Clients and clientele development Schedule and business hours Service menu and pricing Client payments Nail products and supplies Tools and disposables Nail dust collector Booking system Business expenses and operations Requirements Applicants must: Hold all current Washington licenses required to independently provide nail services Maintain professional liability insurance with at least $100,000 in coverage Provide SDS information for products used in the studio Provide their own nail dust collector Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized station At the end of each workday, stations should be left clean, organized, and "model ready."
