Job Description

Stark State College is looking for four (4) non-federal work study student Ambassadors who will work with College officials and serve as hosts, tour guides, student recruiters and facilitators of major college events, and act as liaisons between the College and community. Ambassadors may also be asked to assist with Admissions Office tasks, depending on the time of the year. Position pays $11.00 per hour in addition to a $250 scholarship awarded each Fall and Spring term that you are employed as an ambassador. Minimum 4 hours per week
Office Hours:
Monday through Thursday 8:00am -6:30pm Friday 8:00am -4:30pm
General Work Hours:
Hours vary, evening/weekend availability may be needed Applicants must be a current student who has completed at least one semester at Stark State College with a cumulative GPA of a 2.5 or higher, maintain a minimum of 12 credit hours during fall and spring terms, be available to work a flexible schedule, and demonstrate leadership qualities, strong communication skills, responsible decision-making, and be dependable.
