Job Description
Seasonal Holistic Reviewer Job Summary The University of Utah is seeking part-time Seasonal Holistic Reviewers for the 2026- 2027 season. Seasonal Holistic Reviewers will be trained to assist the full-time admissions team with the consideration of undergraduate applications, helping the University of Utah ensure that holistic review can be completed thoughtfully and thoroughly in a timely manner. Holistic readers must be able to grasp material quickly, read transcripts and other application materials carefully, and follow procedures diligently. They are devoted to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgement. Seasonal Reviewers should expect to work between 10-19 hours per week between October and the end of February 2027. Please note there may be weeks where we will have yet to receive enough completed applications to guarantee your desired work hours for this position. Applications will be reviewed beginning the week of September 14th. Hires must be available for their initial training beginning in October. Each hire will be expected to attend hour long weekly meetings. These meetings will occur each weekday between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 MTN. Employees will be scheduled based on availability. This position is fully remote. To perform the job responsibilities remotely, reliable private internet connection is required. Staff will be provided a university laptop to be used exclusively for job functions. While employees may be located anywhere in the U.S., they must work from a private and secure location to best protect student information.
