Full job description Delivery assistant — Early morning shift Rise & Run Bread Distributors About the Role We are looking for a reliable, responsible assistant to join our team doing direct-to-store delivery of our bread products from our warehouse in Cinnaminson NJ and delivering across South Philadelphia. You will be delivering to retail stores. This is a flat-rate position with immediate availability for the right candidate. Compensation & Schedule Flat rate: $180 per night Routes vary from 7 to 10 hours depending on the night (averaging ~8.5 hours) Early morning shift schedule starting 3 am Start and end day in Cinnaminson, NJ 3 - 5 nights per week available for work. Flexible days and schedules can be set. Timed overnight deliveries in combination with self-paced retail distribution Responsibilities Verify and assemble customer orders at the bakery warehouse before departing Deliver bread products to retail stores and other business accounts across South Philadelphia Interact professionally with store managers, receivers, and business owners during deliveries Collect, log, and properly manage proof of delivery paperwork for each stop Report on stock levels and back stock at each location to management Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable and reliable driving at night Able to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift Strong customer service skills and a positive work mindset Strong communication skills for reporting inventory and stock information Organizational skills and attention to detail for paperwork management Ability to start immediately Prior experience in route driving, merchandising, or sales is advantageous Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with store staff and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Organizational skills for managing route, schedules, and delivery paperwork effectively If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to join a growing South Jersey distribution team, apply now.
