We're a small, locally owned boba shop, and we're looking for good humans to join our little team. We've poured a lot of love into this place, and we want someone who gets that. No experience needed. We'll teach you everything, including why the tapioca pearls are never, ever late to the party. The one thing we can't teach is caring, so that's honestly the whole job. Here's who we're hoping to meet: You're 16 or older. You can work around 25 hours a week across 4 to 5 shifts. Morning and weekend availability is a big plus. You like a clean space because it feels good to work somewhere you're proud of. You look out for your teammates without needing to be asked. You bring kind, easy, good energy. That's it. That's the list. We're not a chain. We're a small crew, and the vibe matters a lot here. No drama, no zoning out mid shift, just kind people making tasty drinks and enjoying the day together.
