As Shift Manager, you'll be behind the bar as much as you're behind the scenes — crafting drinks, setting the pace, and running the floor during your shifts at Undertow Gilbert. You'll own the daily operations and service standards, making sure every guest walks away with a memorable experience, while staying hands-on with the craft that makes Undertow Gilbert what it is. You'll stay sharp on relevant laws, policies, and procedures, and help build a team that performs at a high level shift after shift. As a key part of the Undertow Gilbert leadership team, you'll lead by example, bringing our core values and our philosophy of elevated hospitality into every interaction — with staff, guests, vendors, and the community alike.
