We're a growing company, currently expanding beyond Tucson into new locations across the Southwest, and we're looking for a Lead Salon Coordinator to run the front of house and help us keep that standard as we grow. About the Role The Lead Salon Coordinator keeps the business running smoothly from the front side: clients, scheduling, tools, inventory, and daily readiness. You'll lead and coach our Salon Coordinator team and work side by side with our Lead Nail Technicians to run each day well. This is a hands on leadership role. You're not just managing a desk, you're setting the tone for every client's experience from the moment they walk in. What You'll Do Get the salon fully ready before the first client every day Own the daily schedule. Watch for gaps, first time clients, timing conflicts, and late risks Check clients in and out, communicate any delays proactively, and make sure every client is offered a rebooking before they leave Oversee tool cleaning, prep, and the sterilization workflow Track inventory, flag low supplies, and place approved reorders Lead, schedule, and coach the Salon Coordinator team. Be their first point of contact when something comes up Track time off requests and staffing coverage so the schedule never breaks Handle client concerns and service recovery, with authority to approve reasonable discounts or comps on the spot Make day to day calls on scheduling, inventory, and coverage, and know when to loop in ownership Keep clear closing notes so nothing falls through the cracks overnight What You Bring Prior experience leading or supervising a team in a spa, salon, or similar client facing service business Strong organizational skills. You can hold a lot of moving pieces without dropping any of them Calm, clear communication, especially when a day gets off track Comfort with scheduling software (Boulevard experience a plus, not required) A genuine care for client experience and for developing the people you lead Pay & Benefits $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience Eligible for a quarterly performance bonus tied to salon profitability, on top of hourly pay Full time Room to Grow We're not staying a one location business.
