We care for a discerning clientele — including executives, entertainers, and other high-profile individuals — who expect exceptional outcomes, absolute discretion, and a white-glove experience. We are seeking an experienced Practice & Sales Manager for our Med Spa to oversee daily operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and help grow one of Southern California's premier destinations for aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
Who you are:
An experienced leader with a background in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, plastic surgery, concierge medicine, luxury wellness, or longevity clinics. A proven sales manager who is comfortable following up with leads, engaging prospective patients, overcoming objections, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatments. Experienced managing sales pipelines, tracking conversion rates, and holding team members accountable for timely and consistent follow-up. Comfortable working with VIP clients and providing discreet, white-glove service. Experienced leading multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, aestheticians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and front-office staff. Highly organized and capable of managing administrative responsibilities, staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships. A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication, sales, and leadership skills. Passionate about aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Knowledgeable about
HIPAA, OSHA
requirements, and healthcare compliance. Key Responsibilities Sales and Patient Conversion Take ownership of the practice's sales process, from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment, and ongoing patient retention. Ensure all new leads receive prompt, personalized, and consistent follow-up by phone, text, email, and CRM. Actively engage prospective patients, answer questions, address objections, and convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and treatments. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure no viable lead is overlooked or allowed to go cold. Establish and monitor sales goals, lead-response times, consultation bookings, conversion rates, treatment revenue, and patient retention. Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for sales performance and follow-up standards. Identify opportunities for treatment packages, memberships, cross-selling, and long-term patient relationships. Review lead sources and sales data to improve marketing effectiveness and practice growth. Practice Operations and Administration Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage clinical and administrative staff. Manage employee performance, workplace standards, and day-to-day staffing needs. Oversee inventory, order medical and office supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels. Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, service agreements, and operational expenses. Coordinate provider schedules, patient flow, treatment-room readiness, and front-office operations. Maintain accurate administrative systems, policies, records, and compliance procedures. Ensure the practice operates efficiently and consistently reflects the standards of a luxury medical brand.
