Compensation & Earning Potential Guaranteed Base Pay:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience Tips paid in addition to hourly wages Cutting and productivity bonuses Retail incentive opportunities
Total Earning Potential:
$26.00-$35.00+ per hour $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time Salon Managers (35+ hours per week) $1,500 paid after 90 days of successful employment following training $1,500 paid after an additional 90 days Subject to active employment and eligibility requirements Choose Daily Pay or Weekly Pay (every Friday) Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, performance, experience, and guest demand.
