Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Technical Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, managing appointments, and promoting our spa services. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to effectively sell spa services and products. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently to optimize service delivery. Utilize cash register and POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling. Deep understanding of products and services. Assist in retail sales by promoting spa products, upselling services, and maintaining stock levels. Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays. Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a cohesive experience for clients. Experience Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred. Previous call center experience also preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential. Experience with POS systems and retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A passion for wellness and an understanding of spa services is a plus.
